1. Acceptance

By using Vela, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Description of service

Vela provides AI agent observability, tracing, and governance tools. We offer a free tier and paid plans as described on our pricing page.

3. Your account

• ·You must provide accurate information when signing up
• ·You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure
• ·You must be 13 or older to use Vela
• ·One person or entity per account

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Vela to:

• ·Violate any laws or regulations
• ·Send malicious, harmful, or illegal content through our API
• ·Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape our platform
• ·Resell access to Vela without our permission
• ·Exceed rate limits or abuse our infrastructure

5. Your data

You own your data. We don't claim ownership of your sessions, traces, or prompt content. By using Vela, you grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the service.

6. Payment

• ·Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe
• ·You can cancel anytime — no cancellation fees
• ·Refunds are handled case by case — contact Velahelp@outlook.com
• ·We may change pricing with 30 days notice

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime. We're not liable for losses caused by downtime or data loss. We recommend not using Vela as your only system of record.

8. Intellectual property

Vela, its logo, and its software are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Limitation of liability

Vela is provided "as is." We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Vela. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States.
